Step 2: Installing Apps from the FileLinked AppStore

Once FileLinked is installed its time to install the Apps we want !  If you don't have FileLinked installed on your device see the post below for instructions.

The TroyPoint HowTo shows how to get the FileLinked Icon on the main screen.  Start FileLinked and you will see a place to enter a DroidAdmin Code.

If you are replacing a previous version of an app it is always best to uninstall the old app and clear the cache before you try and install the new app.  Here is a video for how to uninstall apps, I also recommend you "force stop" the app, "clear cache" and "clear data" from the same menu before you uninstall.

Enter the Code for the AppStore you want to use, in this case it will be my code

50821777

Hit the Continue button to load the AppStore.  The AppStore will look similar to this:

The AppStore will show the Apps available for Download and Install, this is TWO steps.

1) The down arrow with the line below it on the left side downloads the App you want. The green line will show the progress of the download.

2) The play button on the left installs the App after the download is finished.

You should now have the app installed but the Icon for the App may not shown on the main screen.  Here is a video from TroyPoint on how to place the app icons on the FireTV main screen.
